The 2018 Information Security Index of Viet Nam was 45.6 per cent, a figure at average level, reported by Viet Nam Information Security Association (VNISA) in Ha Noi on Friday.
Viet Nam’s security index is very low, ranking 101st out of 193 member countries on the International Telecommunication Union report on the Global Network Security Index on ability to ensure network security.
